Job summary

Pinnacle Pet UK is hiring a Pet Insurance Renewals Agent to handle inbound calls, sell insurance products, support customers through the sales journey and retain customers on behalf of our clients. You may work from home in the UK, be office-based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a start date of November 23rd and four weeks of remote training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call centre role is essential.
• Experience in a sales or retentions environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work to targets and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering top customer service and attention to detail.

Package:£25,700 salary pawith excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and heath care cash plan.

Location: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.

Start Date: November 23rd, you must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.

Taking back to back inbound calls, selling insurance products, support the online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner. Promote a positive image of Pinnacle Pet Group & its client companies whilst actively growing Doubtless Pet Care Group & partners business. Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Pinnacle Pet Group client customers.
