Job summary

Vets for Pets Romford is recruiting for a friendly receptionist to join our dual Romford and Gallows practice locations. You will greet clients and their pets, support the clinical team, manage payments and bookings, and help keep the daily routines running smoothly using our online system.

Flexibility is required with a mix of early mornings and late shifts; weekend work is 1 in 4. Previous veterinary or receptionist experience is preferred but not essential, and a focus on customer service is

Qualifications

• Front desk experience is helpful, but not essential.
• Calm, attentive approach focused on client needs.
• Willingness to learn practice services and related offerings.
• Good interpersonal skills to greet clients and their pets.
