Vets for Pets in Romford is seeking two Front of House Nurses. This full-time role blends nursing, triage, and reception support, placing you at the heart of practice life.

You will supervise triage, discuss care plans with clients and lead client communications to ensure understanding of treatments and options for their pets. You will manage repeat prescriptions, POMs and medications, coordinate with vets, and assist with evening duties to support the nursing team and reception.

Formación

• RVN with clinical nursing and client care experience.
• Ability to handle triage and discuss care plans with clients.
• Comfortable supporting reception and guiding the team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide triage, handle client queries and initial complaints.
• Discuss and promote appropriate care plans for pets.
• Manage repeat prescriptions and POMs, and prepare medications.
