Job summary

Romford Vets for Pets is hiring a friendly receptionist to greet clients, assist with bookings and payments, and support the day-to-day running of two practices in Romford and Gallows.

You will coordinate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality client service and smooth operations, including flexible shifts, early mornings, and late shifts. Previous veterinary reception experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary reception is preferable but not essential.
• Able to greet clients and provide guidance on practice services.
• Comfortable using an online booking system and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets at the practice entrance.
• Provide guidance, support and expertise to clients.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines across two sites using the online booking system.
