Job summary

Vets for Pets in Tottenham Hale is seeking a part-time receptionist to deliver exceptional client care and pet-friendly service. You will greet clients, guide them through services and bookings, and manage payments while supporting the clinical team.

Working 33 hours across a 2-week rota, with 9am-2pm one week and 2pm-8pm the next, plus every 3 weekends. You will need strong computer skills and a welcoming, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Friendly and welcoming for clients and their pets.
• Able to learn practice services and any available bookings.
• Calm, attentive and client-focused during visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage payments.
