Job summary

Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly receptionist for Gamston Vets4Pets. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, supporting the clinical team, and handling payments and bookings with accuracy.

You will work part-time (27.5 hours) mainly Wednesday to Friday, with one in four Saturdays, and may cover additional hours during holidays. The clinic is in Gamston District Centre, with easy access to transport links.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service skills with pets in mind.
• Ability to greet clients, guide bookings and process payments.
• Comfort with using an online booking system and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets at arrival with a friendly, helpful manner.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently and accurately.
• Coordinate day-to-day practice routines using the online booking system.
