Bolton Horwich Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will greet clients and their pets, provide guidance on services, manage bookings and payments, and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a welcoming personality, good computer literacy for our online booking system, and prior receptionist or customer service experience.

• Guide clients about practice services and bookings; support the clinical team.
• Be calm and attentive, prioritising clients' needs and satisfaction.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination using the online booking system.
