This Pest Control Job Technician role offers a basic salary of £25,705 per annum plus benefits, including a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards.

As a global leader in pest control, Rentokil Pest Control provides expert, reliable, and professional advice to customers across both commercial and residential sectors. Our technicians receive industry-leading training to support our customers' pest control needs.

Expected OTE: £30,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

Permanent: We offer flexible contracts (40 weeks) with start and end times to suit your circumstances.

Location: Covering from Rugby to Hereford.

The main objective of this position is to provide pest control services to designated customers within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including birdproofing, larger jobs, and other tasks as requested by the line manager.

As a technician, your primary responsibility will be to install Rentokil products, such as bait stations and bird netting, on customer premises. You will also assist other technicians with daily pest control duties as needed.

Requirements

• Work in a two-person team, ensuring all work is completed to high standards.
• Maintain and use Rentokil equipment; keep accurate stock records.
• Inform customers of additional requirements, raise hygiene issues, clean work areas, and keep records of daily activities.
• Respond promptly to client calls, arrive within the agreed timeframe, and inform clients and OSA of any delays.
