Qualifications

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an educational setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND, ASD or additional needs is highly desirable.

• The ability to adapt support to meet an individual pupil's needs.
• Confident supporting learning, engagement and positive behaviour.
