Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Ability to monitor attendance and progress.
• Strong communication and safeguarding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular one-to-one and group tutorials to support students' academic, personal and social development.
• Monitor attendance, progress and behaviour.
• Liaise with subject tutors, support service and parents/carers as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with College policies.
