Virgin Active is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our premium gyms in the UK. Deliver one-to-one and small group coaching, design tailored programmes, and build strong client relationships within a design-led wellness environment.

You’ll work with a premium member base and contribute to HYROX-aligned training while advancing your PT career across group exercise and specialty programs.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent required for Expert Personal Trainer
• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification required for Elite Personal Trainer
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification required for Elite Personal Trainer
• Proven ability to build and serve a premium client base
• Strong presence and professionalism on the gym floor

As a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, you will be part of a team dedicated to changing people's lives through wellness, operating within sophisticated, design-led social wellness clubs. The role involves delivering exceptional coaching, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to a fully integrated approach to wellbeing. • Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base (for Expert)
• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level (for Elite)

• Ability to build trust quickly and create lasting relationships

Salary

• £14.70—£25.75 GBP
