You will deliver HYROX-inspired training, grow your client base, and progress within a global performance movement.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent required for Expert PT.
• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification for Elite PT.
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification required.
• Demonstrated ability to build a premium client base and drive results.

About the Role

The Personal Trainer role at Virgin Active sits at the heart of the member experience, combining expertise, presence and commercial awareness. The role involves delivering one-to-one and small group personal training sessions, designing personalised programmes, and building meaningful relationships to drive engagement and results. Virgin Active is evolving into social wellness clubs and is officially affiliated with HYROX, offering opportunities to deliver HYROX-inspired training and support members in competitive fitness events. The role is employed, providing stability and flexibility without the traditional PT model of paying rent or insurance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• For Expert Personal Trainer: REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
• For Expert Personal Trainer: Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base
• For Elite Personal Trainer: CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• For Elite Personal Trainer: Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification
• For Elite Personal Trainer: Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level

Salary

• £17.30—£28.84 GBP
