Virgin Active is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver exceptional one-to-one and small-group sessions, design personalised programmes and build meaningful member relationships. This employed role sits within the club's evolution into social wellness; HYROX training and a premium member journey are central.

Structured onboarding, a strong development path, and access to a high-quality Training Academy are offered to help you grow your PT business within the club environment.

Qualificações

• REPS/CIMSPA level qualification at Expert or higher level.
• Virgin Active nutrition qualification is preferred.
• Established PT with ability to grow a premium client base.

About the Role

The Personal Trainer role at Virgin Active involves delivering exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions, designing personalised programmes, and building meaningful relationships with members. The role is part of Virgin Active's evolution into social wellness clubs, with a focus on integrated wellbeing. Trainers are employed, not renting space, and benefit from structured onboarding and HYROX affiliation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent (Expert Personal Trainer)
• Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base (Expert Personal Trainer)CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification (Elite Personal Trainer)
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification (Elite Personal Trainer)
• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level (Elite Personal Trainer)

Salary

£14.70-£25.75 GBP
