Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent required for Expert level.
• Elite level requires CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training.

• The Personal Trainer role at Virgin Active is central to the member experience, combining expertise, presence, and commercial awareness. The role involves delivering exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions, designing personalised programmes, and building meaningful relationships to drive engagement and results. Virgin Active is evolving into social wellness clubs, offering a fully integrated approach to wellbeing, and the trainer plays a direct role in changing lives through wellness. The role offers a different model with employment stability, no rent, and structured onboarding.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• For Expert level: REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
• For Expert level: building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base
• For Elite level: CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• For Elite level: Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification
• For Elite level: established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level
• A genuine passion for changing lives through wellness

Salary

• £13—£22.66 GBP
