Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a Personal Trainer to join a premium wellness club network. You will deliver high-quality one-to-one and small group sessions, design personalised programmes, and build lasting relationships with members to drive engagement and results.

You’ll grow your client base through proactive interactions and referrals while representing a globally recognised performance movement and delivering HYROX-inspired programmes.

Qualifications

• Certifications required as listed (REPS/CIMSPA and nutrition)

About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, you will be part of a team dedicated to changing people's lives through wellness, operating within sophisticated, design-led social wellness clubs. The role involves delivering exceptional coaching, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to a fully integrated approach to wellbeing. Required Experience & Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent (for Expert Personal Trainer)
• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification (for Elite Personal Trainer)
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification (for Elite Personal Trainer)
• Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base (for Expert)
• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level (for Elite)
• A genuine passion for changing lives through wellness
• Strong presence and professionalism on the gym floor
• Commercial mindset with the drive to grow your business
• Ability to build trust quickly and create lasting relationships
• Commitment to continuous development and progression

Salary

• £14.70—£25.75 GBP
