About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, you will be at the heart of the member experience, delivering exceptional coaching and playing a direct role in changing lives through wellness. The role operates within a social wellness club model, with a focus on integrated wellbeing. Virgin Active employs its personal trainers, offering stability, flexibility, and growth opportunities without the traditional costs of rent or insurance. Additionally, the club's affiliation with HYROX provides opportunities to deliver performance training and support members in competitive fitness events.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• For Expert level: REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent and building a PT career
• For Elite level: CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification, Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification, and established high-performing PT status
• A genuine passion for changing lives through wellness
• Strong presence and professionalism on the gym floor

Salary

• £14.70—£25.75 GBP
