• Driver preferred but not essential: access to mobility car will be provided for transporting the child.

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and patient individual to support a loving child with complex needs. The child has a diagnosis of ASD, sensory impairments, and epilepsy. They are non-verbal and communicate using a communication picture board and Makaton communication aids. Full training will be provided, including the administration of epilepsy seizure medication. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, one-to-one support
• Supporting communication using sign board and Makaton
• Assisting with personal care (including nappy changes)
