NFU Mutual is seeking a Propositions Consultant for Personal Lines in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role focuses on shaping and improving Personal Lines propositions to deliver strong commercial performance while meeting customer needs and regulatory requirements.

You will evaluate product performance using data insights, drive improvements, and work with pricing, underwriting, claims and marketing to align stakeholders and deliver actions that enhance profitability and customer outcomes.
