Qualifications

• Some knowledge or experience within insurance or financial services is ideal but not essential - full training is provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT proficiency, including confidence with MS Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing professional guidance.
• Handle the end-to-end administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Proactively manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging products to advise clients.
