Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Insurance (Essential).
• Strong admin skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of commercial products and the insurance market.
• Proven retention track record.
• Passion for customer service and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of FCA, DPA, etc.
• Experience using insurance systems (Acturis advantageous).
• Positive, presentable attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
