Job summary

The International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) in Saffron Walden is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. This role focuses on building client relationships, handling queries, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio daily as the first point of contact.
• Build strong relationships with clients and respond to queries.
• Assist with both phone and face-to-face client interactions.
