Job summary

Cape Clarke is recruiting a Personal Injury Fee Earner for a fully remote position. You will handle fast-track EL/PL/OL claims up to £25,000, with a large caseload and end-to-end ownership of files.

Ideal candidates are Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners with claimant PI backgrounds and MOJ Portal knowledge. Remote work across the UK with a stable, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• MOJ Portal knowledge and familiarity with CPR and litigation processes are essential.
• Experience as Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or qualified Fee Earner with claimant PI exposure is required.
• Strong ability to run cases end-to-end and manage a remote workload.

Responsibilities

• Run Personal Injury cases from instruction to settlement.
• Manage EL/PL and OL claims up to £25,000 within a fast-track remit.
• Handle a caseload of ~100–120 files with autonomy in a remote role.

Personal Injury Fee Earner (Fully Remote)

Claimant Personal Injury | Fast Track | Up to £45,000 D.O.E

Our client is a highly regarded claimant Personal Injury specialist and one of the leading practices within the sector, with a large and experienced team of Fee Earners operating across the UK.

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner into its Fast Track team on a fully remote basis.

The Role

As a Fast-Track Fee Earner, you will have the opportunity to run cases from start to finish and cover a range of Personal Injury claims such as employer liability, public liability, and occupiers’ liability. The caseloads may vary in volume and complexity, but you will typically manage a caseload of approximately 100-120 files. Those files will be a combination of fast track cases EL/PL & OL up to the values of £25,000.

The Ideal Candidate

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Fee Earner
• Non-qualified candidates must have at least 3 years’ claimant Personal Injury experience
• A background in EL/PL claims and claimant personal injury case management is essential
• Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal, CPR and litigation process
• Confident running litigated files from instruction through to settlement
• Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
