Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor for a leading National Law Firm in the North West. The role offers a varied caseload sourced firm-wide and a supportive environment with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Personal Injury Solicitor in a leading firm preferred.
• Familiarity with claims portals and portal-based workflows.

• Accidents at work and public liability claims handling.
• Road traffic accident cases (excluding whiplash).
• Clinical negligence claims (excluding cases without physical injury).
• Defendant cases including uninsured defendants.

• Defendant cases, including claims involving uninsured defendants.
