Job summary

Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is recruiting a Personal Injury Lawyer (NQ–7 years) for a growing specialist law firm in the Bristol area. You will handle higher-value PI claims and contribute to client care, litigation, and business development, with hybrid working and progression opportunities.

The role offers exposure to serious cases and a supportive team environment aimed at developing litigation and client-care skills.

Qualifications

• Experience handling higher-value personal injury claims.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Experience with litigation and court deadlines.
• Ability to progress cases proactively.
• Understanding of quantum and settlement.
• Strong organisational skills, including limitation dates.
• Commitment to keeping up with legal and regulatory developments.

A growing specialist law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer with NQ- 7 years experience to join its expanding team.

You will be working on some of the highest profile files within the UK, including serious orthopaedic, brain, spinal, amputation and fatality claims. The role offers autonomy on intermediate and multi-track cases, with opportunities to support catastrophic injury matters.

It is an exciting time to join this firm, with a new office opening in Bristol City Centre - you will be joining a pre-existing friendly and supportive team with opportunities to develop your client care, litigation and business development skills.
