Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join our Greater Manchester team. You will handle a varied PI caseload, including accidents at work and road traffic claims, generally excluding whiplash and most industrial disease claims, with scope to handle some clinical negligence where there is physical injury.

You will progress your own files efficiently, maintain a high standard of client care, and operate with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury is required.
• Solid experience handling personal injury claims is essential.
• Confidently managing a caseload with minimal supervision and strong client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied personal injury caseload including accidents at work and road traffic accidents (excluding whiplash).
• May handle clinical negligence claims where there is physical injury.
• Progress own files efficiently and provide a high standard of client care.
• Occasional travel between offices may be required.

Personal Injury Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Greater Manchester, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload, highly organised and able to work independently. REF:5373

THE ROLE:

• You will be responsible for a varied personal injury caseload to include accidents at work, excluding most industrial disease claims, public liability claims, including trips, slips and falls and road traffic accident claims, generally excluding whiplash claims.
• You may also be required to handle clinical negligence claims, excluding claims involving therapists or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury
• You will have responsibility for progressing your own files efficiently, providing a high standard of client
• Occasional travel between office may be required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• Has solid experience handling personal injury claims
• Is confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Is highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
• Has excellent communication and client-care skills
• Is commercially aware and focused on achieving results
