Executive Network Legal Limited in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer (Defendant) with 4+ PQE to manage a caseload for insurers and self-insured clients, including EL/PL and catastrophic injury matters. Working within a close-knit team, you will run your own caseload and handle a range of claims.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years’ PQE in defendant PI work, with experience defending a broad range of casualty claims and building strong client relationships.

THE ROLE:

This interesting and exciting role has arisen due to expansion and the firm are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join the team and run their own caseload of (EL/PL) matters on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients. Working within a close-knit team you will be responsible for running your own caseload of EL and PL claims including those well into Multi track along with potentially some catastrophic injury claims.

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable candidates will have at least 4 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury work, specifically dealing with either EL/PL claims and catastrophic injury claims. You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives. Ideal Personal Injury Legal Executives or Solicitors will have experience of dealing with personal injury claims and litigation. You will have experience of defending a broad range of casualty claims.
