Executive Network Legal Limited in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer (Defendant) with 4+ PQE to manage a caseload for insurers and self-insured clients, including EL/PL and catastrophic injury matters. Working within a close-knit team, you will run your own caseload and handle a range of claims.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years’ PQE in defendant PI work, with experience defending a broad range of casualty claims and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in defendant personal injury work, dealing with EL/PL claims and catastrophic injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload of EL/PL claims on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients.
• Manage cases including multi-track matters and potentially some catastrophic injury claims.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to marketing/networking initiatives.
