Job summary

eNL is recruiting an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer (Defendant) in Birmingham to manage a busy caseload of EL/PL claims on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients. The role offers exposure to multi-track matters and potential catastrophic injury cases, within a supportive national firm.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE in defendant PI work, strong client relationship skills, and a track record of handling complex litigation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in defendant personal injury work.
• Experience with EL/PL and catastrophic injury claims.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Willingness to engage in marketing and networking initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run own caseload of EL/PL claims including multi-track and catastrophic cases.
• Advise insurers and self-insured clients on liability and strategy.

Personal Injury Lawyer (Defendant) - 4+ PQE - Birmingham - Due to expansion, the established team of this leading national practice is looking to recruit an experienced Lawyer to work on behalf on insurers. Perfect opportunity for someone to continue dealing with complex and quality matters.

The Role

This interesting and exciting role has arisen due to expansion and the firm are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join the team and run their own caseload of (EL/PL) matters on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients. Working within a close-knit team you will be responsible for running your own caseload of EL and PL claims including those well into Multi track along with potentially some catastrophic injury claims.

The Candidate

Suitable candidates will have at least 4 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury work, specifically dealing with either EL/PL claims and catastrophic injury claims. You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives. Ideal Personal Injury Legal Executives or Solicitors will have experience of dealing with personal injury claims and litigation. You will have experience of defending a broad range of casualty claims.
