Job summary

Dovetail & Slate Ltd is seeking a Personal Care Learning Support Assistant to help students access their learning, wellbeing and independence throughout the college day. You'll provide both classroom support and personal care, helping students access their studies with dignity and confidence.

You will work with teaching staff and the support team to build positive relationships, adapting your approach to meet individual needs and supporting a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• A caring, patient and reliable approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Desirable (but not essential): previous experience supporting learners with additional needs or in education/care settings.
