Job summary

Dovetail & Slate Ltd in the South East is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to deliver personal care support to learners, helping them access their studies safely and with dignity.

You'll work closely with learners, colleagues and families, providing responsive day-to-day support within a team where discretion, patience and reliability matter. Training will be provided where needed.

• Experience of providing personal care
• A caring, patient and professional approach
• Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative
• Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion
• Desirable: previous experience in an education setting

About the Role

A further education provider is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to deliver personal care support to learners, helping them access their studies safely and with dignity.

You'll work closely with learners, colleagues and families, providing responsive day-to-day support within a team where discretion, patience and reliability matter.
