Position Title: Personal Care Assistant

Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire

Hourly Rate: £13.38 - £14.23

Hours Per Week: 40

About the Role

I am a male in my 50s living with my parents in a bungalow. I have complex health conditions requiring 24/7 support from a team of personal assistants. I enjoy football, music, and donkeys, and am described as a joy to be around.

My health conditions include Cerebral Palsy, Asthma, Sleep Apnea, Dysphagia, Epilepsy, among others. While experience is preferred, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal and continence care
• Assisting with moving and handling
• Providing epilepsy care
• Administering medication
• Offering companionship
• Accompanying to hospital appointments
• Supporting in a person-centered manner
