I am a male in my 50’s, I live with my parents in a bungalow. I have complex health conditions and need 24/7 support from a team of personal assistants. I like football, music and donkeys, those who know me say I am a joy to be around.

My health conditions are complex and include Cerebral palsy, Asthma, Sleep Apnea, Dysphagia, Epilepsy and others and as such I would prefer someone experienced, however full training will be provided.I am looking for an experienced Personal Care Assistant who will support me with my daily needs and who will be able to work with my team of personal assistants.

The job role will include, but is not limited to, supporting me with personal and continence care, moving and handling, epilepsy care, medication administration, companionship, accompanying me to hospital appointments and ensuring I am supported in a person centered way.
