Job summary

A unique opportunity exists for caring and supportive individuals to work as a Lifestyle Assistant for an Economics student. This role entails assisting with daily living, engaging in social activities, and providing companionship. Graduate Opp: Hourly Lifestyle Assistant / Support Worker to Economics Uni Student

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a young female adult, who is currently studying Economics. She is looking for two like-minded PAs to join her care team to provide her personal care and assist her in daily living. This is an amazing opportunity to help make a positive impact on a young adult’s life.

Start Date – August 2025

Rate of Pay:£15 per hour

Shift Pattern –Days & Nights available - will include a weekend every other week / this will bediscussed during the interview stage

Hours:Between 36h and 48h per week / On a two week rolling rota

Location -London WC1H

5.6 week's holiday pro rata.

Accommodation provided when on shift

About our Client

Our client is an Economics student studying her degree atThe SOAS University of London.She has a diagnosis of SMA 2 and is a full-time wheelchair user.

Her many hobbies include Socialising, Singing, Music & meeting friends.

The client leads a very active social life by meeting up with friends and family.

With a joyful and delightful persona, our client enjoys going out to social events, such as parties and nights out.

Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.

You are unlikely to have experience in every aspect of our client's care therefore full training in her particular needs is provided.

You will need

  • To be physically fit, calm, patient and caring
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • To have a good sense of humour
  • University experience preferred but not essential
  • A mature and responsible attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • To be fluent in English
  • To be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.
