Personal/Home Care Assistant

I am looking for outgoing Personal Assistants to work as part of a team to support my 18-year-old daughter who has complex health needs.

My daughter loves to have fun, all things ‘girly’ and creative. She enjoys socialising, learning about history, and being in the company of others.

My daughter has very complex health needs that require support with day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be observant, patient, able to use their initiative, and flexible.

The part-time role includes hours between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm, and occasionally 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Shifts can range from 6 to 12 hours, with days varying over a seven-day period. We are happy to consider one or two candidates to cover the required hours.

Additional hours may be available for holiday or sickness cover for other staff members.

All relevant training will be provided. An enhanced DBS (Police check) is required, and the employer will cover the cost.

Pay is £12.00 per hour. A pension scheme will be offered, subject to eligibility.
