About the role
Our Health Care Assistants support people to live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
supporting people with their personal care
assisting people at meal times
understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
completing and maintaining care records .
We have higher-than-average staffing levels when compared to other care providers, giving you more time to spend with the people you support.

Cooking up a storm at Greenside Court
Adam, Dave, and Joe took a trip to the shops to pick up ingredients for their own delicious home-cooked meals
Back at home, they got stuck into the cooking with support from the team - from prepping to plating up.
Dave’s steak was cooked to perfection, and Adam’s lasagna went down a treat!

As part of Healthy Eating Week, we’re celebrating the fantastic work happening at Tees Grange, where the healthy eating group is making real strides - and having fun along the way
They’ve been getting hands-on with interactive food pyramids, tasting new ingredients, and learning how small changes can make a big difference
And it’s not just about what’s on the plate - they’re also getting active with regular walks, joined by everyone’s favourite four-legged motivator, Honey the therapy dog
Eddie, who’s part of the group, told us:

The home ison Woodside Avenue, close to the junction with the B4373/Castlefields Way.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available around the home.
The home is a short walk from several bus stops.
Willowfield bus stop in both directions(stop IDs: telagdjw and telagdjt), which areaccessed by buses 1, 2, 4, 100 and X10.
Madeley Academybus stop (stop ID: telagdma), which is accessed by buses 8 and 8A.

The nearest train station is Telford Central around four miles away (7 minute drive).
