Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a female client with personal care, mobility, and daily routines. Join a small, 2:1 team and become a trusted presence in her daily life, supporting structured activities and community engagement.

Ongoing training, supervision from Nurse Manager and Care Coordinator, and opportunities to gain NVQs in Health & Social Care are provided. The role offers clear career progression and an EAP with referral bonuses.

Your Role Will Include:
