Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Cardiff is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to assist a young female client with cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, PEG feeding and challenging behaviours. The role requires empathy, clear communication and the ability to form a trusting relationship with the client and family.

We welcome applicants who have experience in complex care, are reliable, flexible, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for female support workers to work alongside our client with complex needs in Cardiff, Wales.

Pay:
Days -£15.92per hour weekdays, £16.72 per hour weekends.
Nights - Sleeping night shift hourly rate, plus additional waking hourly rate for beginning of shift - £16.72 per hour weekdays, £17.51 per hour weekends.

Hours: Full/part time hours available. Days - 7am-7pm, sleeping nights - 7pm-7am - 7 days per week.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a young adult (female) who has complex needs including cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, PEG feeding and behaviours that challenge. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
