About Dialr

Dialr is a tech SaaS product where we do everything AI for Recruitment Companies. Dialr is an AI system that makes cold calls, candidate calls, and features to make recruiters' lives easier.

The role involves

Full-time: 9:00am to 5:00pm

However, the ideal candidate will understand that hours are not always predictable and should be flexible and willing to help out where required.

There may be the opportunity to work from home part of the week, and we will be as flexible as possible to suit your needs.

Contract: Permanent

Location: London

The role:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting letters and emails
  • Arranging the diary
  • Answering staff and customer queries by email and/or phone
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Conducting research
  • Compiling quotes for new business and assisting with tender applications
  • Creating and/or sending invoices
  • Chasing late payments
  • Issuing both employment and customer contracts
  • Conducting first interviews with potential candidates for office vacancies and arranging second interviews with the Director according to their schedule.
  • Dealing with staff payroll queries.
  • Performing any other relevant tasks as required by the Administration Director.
