Job description

We are working with a fast-scaling technology start-up looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support the C-Suite team and help build the operational foundations of the company. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to the founders, including diary management, communications, meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Drive day-to-day operational excellence across the business
  • Coordinate projects, streamline processes and proactively identify ways to increase efficiency
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding and team support as we scale
  • Support with office management, events and general organisational needs
Requirements
  • Outstanding academic record from a top-tier university (Top 20) with a First Class or equivalent strongly preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (tech, consulting, start-ups, finance or similar)
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
