Job Responsibilities:

SABZ Solicitors LLP seeks a Personal Assistant for an immigration solicitor based in Birmingham. Prior experience is advantageous but not essential. Key duties include:

  1. Calendar management: Booking appointments
  2. Document management: Preparing, formatting, and filing documents electronically and physically
  3. Client communication: Liaising with clients, responding to inquiries, and building relationships
  4. Case management: Tracking deadlines, maintaining files, updating systems
  5. Legal research: Conducting research and preparing briefs
  6. Secretarial tasks: General administrative support, attending to clients, producing legal documents
