Job Description

We offer a unique opportunity for two Solicitors / Chartered Legal Executives or Experienced Paralegals to join our Client Account Management team for client secondments with key clients on a rolling basis. Duration and hours vary; roles are part-time or full-time (28-35 hours/week). Candidates should be willing to travel to London or Glasgow, with remote work also available. When not on secondment, you may handle your own caseload or assist on others in teams such as Casualty / Motor / Complex Injury.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims and provide expert guidance during client secondments.
• Handle your own caseload or assist on complex cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Meet client and firm standards, including SLAs, KPIs, timely billing, and accurate MI.
• Support case strategy, apply technical expertise, and manage risks and compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as an ambassador of the firm.
• Contribute to business development activities.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training and reading.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a solicitor/legal executive, preferably with England & Wales Motor or EL/PL background and claims experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good work ethic.
• Ability to produce high-quality work and meet deadlines.
