Personal Assistant supporting COO, CTO & CLO

£53,000 - £58,000 plus benefits

City of London

12-month contract, 4 days office, 1 remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a fast-growing specialist alternative asset manager based in London. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, proactive, with a strong work ethic, thrive under pressure, and possess excellent organisational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful candidate will support the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Legal Officer (total of 4 executives).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Extensive diary management
  • Mailbox management
  • Travel bookings
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Occasional minute taking
  • Event planning and execution
  • Answering and screening telephone calls
  • Coordinating projects and project-led tasks, completing ad-hoc project and research work
  • Liaising with internal and external clients
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • General office administrative work
  • Being an active member of the PA team
