EA/Project Coordinator – (3 days in office) – 55k with excellent bens.

Supporting an MD within their financial services practice

12 month contract (strong chance of permanent opportunity)

Our client, a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide serving all major business regions including the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, is looking for an EA to support an MD in the financial services practice area. This role is very fast-paced and dynamic, and as an EA, you will be heavily involved in supporting the MD with traditional PA duties, organizing demanding project schedules, and building client relationships.

The Role

The EA/Project Coordinator needs to operate at a high pace to meet the demands of this busy MD. You will play a critical role as “the glue” that connects and coordinates the activities of the MD and the internal team while balancing the needs and expectations of clients and candidates.

You will be involved in all aspects of assignments and projects, and based on the strategic goals and timelines, will adapt, manage, and seamlessly execute all related processes and communications. As the firm’s first point of contact with clients, you will need to quickly pivot, proactively adjust, and problem-solve in real-time.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee the process for each assignment and keep every step on track
  2. Manage a busy inbox
  3. Proactively coordinate the team’s efforts to ensure progress on assignments and projects
  4. Schedule all business-related meetings, calls, and interviews
  5. Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to achieve high levels of customer service
  6. Serve as the external liaison between clients and their extended teams
  7. Create, edit, and format all client-facing documents, including presentations, proposals, and reports

What we are looking for:

A proactive problem solver with strong business judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate can prioritize, organize, multi-task, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience as a PA in search, financial services, or client-facing professional services is preferred.
