Supporting an MD within their financial services practice
12 month contract (strong chance of permanent opportunity)
Our client, a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide serving all major business regions including the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, is looking for an EA to support an MD in the financial services practice area. This role is very fast-paced and dynamic, and as an EA, you will be heavily involved in supporting the MD with traditional PA duties, organizing demanding project schedules, and building client relationships.
The Role
The EA/Project Coordinator needs to operate at a high pace to meet the demands of this busy MD. You will play a critical role as “the glue” that connects and coordinates the activities of the MD and the internal team while balancing the needs and expectations of clients and candidates.
You will be involved in all aspects of assignments and projects, and based on the strategic goals and timelines, will adapt, manage, and seamlessly execute all related processes and communications. As the firm’s first point of contact with clients, you will need to quickly pivot, proactively adjust, and problem-solve in real-time.

The ideal candidate can prioritize, organize, multi-task, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience as a PA in search, financial services, or client-facing professional services is preferred.
