EA/Project Coordinator – (3 days in office) – 55k with excellent bens.

Supporting an MD within their financial services practice

12 month contract (strong chance of permanent opportunity)

Our client, a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide serving all major business regions including the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, is looking for an EA to support an MD in the financial services practice area. This role is very fast-paced and involves supporting the MD with traditional PA duties, organizing demanding project schedules, and building client relationships.

The Role

The EA/Project Coordinator must operate at a high pace to meet the demands of this busy MD. You will act as "the glue" connecting and coordinating the activities of the MD and the internal team, while balancing client and candidate needs and expectations.

You will be involved in all aspects of assignments and projects, adapting and executing processes and communications based on strategic goals and timelines. As often the first point of contact with clients, you will need to pivot quickly, proactively adjust, and problem-solve in real-time.

Responsibilities include

  • Oversee the process for each assignment, ensuring all steps are on track
  • Manage a busy inbox
  • Proactively coordinate the team’s efforts to advance assignments and projects
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and interviews
  • Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to ensure high customer service standards
  • Serve as the external liaison between clients and their extended teams
  • Create, edit, and format client-facing documents such as presentations, proposals, and reports

What we are looking for

A proactive problem solver with strong business judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate can prioritize, organize, multi-task, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience as a PA in search, financial services, or client-facing professional services is preferred.
