Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide support to our Hospital Director at Clifton Park Hospital.

The role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual with exceptional Personal Assistant (PA) skills to provide a streamlined service to the Hospital Director and the Senior Management Team at Clifton Park Hospital. The role includes diary management, organisation of meetings, and minute taking.

The role requires utilisation of an in-house training risk management and patient administration system, for which training will be provided. It also involves co-ordinating patient complaints, including logging on the system, investigating where appropriate, collating responses, and conducting complaint review meetings.

Working closely with the Hospital Director, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end credentialing requirements of consultants, ensuring compliance with Ramsay Health Care UK standards. Responsibilities include maintaining existing consultants' credentials and onboarding new consultants with practicing privileges, liaising with Hospital Senior Leadership, Corporate Senior Leadership, and the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC).

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Shorthand skills (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
  • Adherence to high standards of confidentiality
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
