We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide support to our Hospital Director at Clifton Park Hospital.
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual with exceptional Personal Assistant (PA) skills to provide a streamlined service to the Hospital Director and the Senior Management Team at Clifton Park Hospital. The role includes diary management, organising meetings, and minute taking.
The role requires utilisation of an in-house training risk management and patient administration system, for which training will be provided. It also includes coordinating patient complaints, from logging on the system to investigating, collating responses, and conducting review meetings.
Working closely with the Hospital Director, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end credentialing requirements of consultants, ensuring compliance with Ramsay Health Care UK standards. Responsibilities include maintaining existing credentials and onboarding new consultants with practicing privileges, liaising with Hospital Senior Leadership, Corporate Senior Leadership, and the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC).
