We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Client Support within our Support Department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of financial advisers, ensuring we have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of financial advisors.
- Manage client appointments, schedules, and paperwork.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Preparing client packs and paperwork prior to/after meetings, including requesting valuations.
- Obtaining specific policy information from product providers and third parties via email, telephone, and online.
- Collaborating with Centralised Administration to ensure timely receipt of information.
- Prepare and maintain client financial plans using IO and PFP software.
- Understand cashflow analysis and financial planning advice to clients.
- Complete and audit Portfolio Reviews
- Complete and audit New Business Submission
- Complete and audit Post Sales Tasks
- Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Track progress and identify areas where advisers need additional support.
- Build relationships with product partners.
- Train others on new products and processes
- Initiate workload from client and adviser actions. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional attributes that would be beneficial, but not essential for the role:
- Desirable experience using Intelligent Office.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the financial services industry with an IFA or wealth management company.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and products
- Strong team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to the development of others.
