What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing first-class PA support to senior leaders

Managing complex diaries and calendars

Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions

Organising company events and supporting firm-wide initiatives

Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements

Handling phone calls, inbox management, and general correspondence

Processing company expenses and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Proven PA experience in a professional services environment

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong initiative

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
