The Edmund Trust & Eddie's is seeking two dedicated Support Workers to join our supported living service in Fulbourn. You will provide person-centred support to a gentleman living in his own home, helping him pursue daily activities and enjoy meaningful routines.

We offer excellent training, flexible hours, and a supportive team culture with rewarding career development opportunities. A full UK driving licence is required for this role, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Flexible shifts, including alternate weekends and sleep-ins.
• Nurturing, patient approach with strong communication skills.
• Excellent internal training for newcomers to social care.
• Right to work: no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support that empowers individuals to live their best lives.
• Follow individual support plans and communication needs, including non-verbal cues.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain open, honest communication with the people we support, their families, and colleagues.
