Job summary

Community Integrated Care is recruiting a Support Worker to assist one gentleman with learning disabilities in his own home. You will provide person-centred support, help with daily activities and accompany him on outings to local places.

This role offers guaranteed contracted hours on a 14-hour permanent contract, flexible bank options, and a pay rate of £13.86 per hour. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are an Equal Opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Value-based hiring; previous care experience not required.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Flexible shifts including sleepovers and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support one gentleman with learning disabilities in his own home.
• Engage in activities he enjoys and support independence.
• Work alongside the Service Leader and Support Team.
